Phoenix and Dragon. A review.

Unforgettable and not in a good way.  I had beef with broccoli.  While the veg and meat tasted fine the sauce was hugely over salted (or soyed as the case may be) . This is a classic dish that should be easy to pull of with consistency and correctness.  The rice tasted of rotten milk. There is no dairy in an asian restaurant so it baffled me.  It was disturbing.  Egg rolls too greasy but a common ail in such establishments. The chicken wing was delightfully crisp and moist. The only pleasant bite of the meal.

I've had decent moo goo and mongolian beef but I find the inconsistency unacceptable. I'll stick with Buddah's Delight for my chinese take out needs.
