Lee's Golden Buddah and Momoya. A review.

While quite large it can appear unassuming from the hustle and bustle Buckhead part of Roswell Road. Upon entering you’re greeted and asked which area you’d like to sit in. This literally 3 restaurants in one place:  Steakhouse, Japanese and Chinese.  In the back of the restaurant is the whole reason to go to this joint. A koi pond water garden that is visible from each of the three  restaurants.  Despite its large size it’s always quite calm and peaceful in any of the areas.

The sushi is always quite good. I’ve had it over a dozen times and never disappointed. Tempura is standard and tasty as are the soups.

The Golden Buddah “side”  is always serving up fresh quality tasty dishes that sometimes can border having too much oil cooked in but the flavors are spot on.  Some of the better fried rices I’ve had in Atlanta have come from here.

Service is attentive and prices are standard Chinese/sushi/Japanese for the city. Dine in or takeout.

I keep going back for more. To me it is a neighborhood gem. Predictable , tasty, affordable and comfortable.
