Rates vary dependent on headcount and courses. Service fee is a flat rate on this basis with food/alcohol costs being additional.  Your menu is custom created not only to suit your specific tastes (and dietary requirements where applicable) but also your budget.

Larger parties require additional staff at an additional charge.
