As I expanded my marketing and writing work over the years to lifestyle, feature writing and travel writing I have shifted away from doing in home chef service. Occasionally, as time allows I do plant based cooking lessons and demos. I continue to offer online coaching for those seeking wellness, healing and life re-balancing. It is too rewarding to give up!
Exploring the world creating travel pieces to delight my readers and diving deep into investigating people and topics you want to read about is where my energy has been since 2015.
As a trained journalist I chose to leave the kitchen and meet the world to indulge this passion for adventure and learning about new things, ideas, fascinating people (their stories and secrets) and places. Of course, I will keep reporting on the tasty things to eat - where I find them, the people who make them, grow them, and a little extra personal detail that makes it memorable.
